About Jezabel:
Owner of Jezzz Biscuit in Quebec, Canada. Yes first language is French, second English, third Spanish and last German! But don’t ask me for a full convo in German, it might scratch your ears. Might be shy when I don’t know anyone, but once we talk, we open a pendora box, that’s why I’m often the one who leaves at the end of every meeting, because I have to say bye to everyone I know, and I love to know a lot of people! Connections are important!
Started following LillyluvCakes and learned in her stories that she herself started because of Corianne in Canada!! What?! Had to follow and start doing cookies myself as a home backer. Began the business in oct 2020 as a hobby - LOL- then as a full time by 2024, because I forgot what a day off looked like! Kept on following other accounts to get inspired and with the need to level up and offer good and cute cookies.
Now moved into a small warehouse unit converted into a production kitchen, to better welcome a few part time to help me through this journey of cookie evolution, along with my Eddie and my 3D printer of course!
In my previous work, training was important, it’s still in my blood and the need to learn from others to expand my knowledge is something I cherish! I always say “ enter this training/meeting with open mind and at the end ask yourself; what is the 1 thing I learned today?” It’s 1 more thing in your knowledge box! It helps you have more confidence in your own skills!
I stay in the cookie business, not interested in cupcakes sorry, but try to find new ways to develop my business! Now selling Ny style cookies, snack cookies and soon salted cookies. Try to convert every client to cookies!
