CookieFest is very thrilled to introduce our second guest presenter Cathy Hermina who joins us all the way from Puerto Rico! In this practical and empowering session, attendees will gain a clear understanding of the true costs behind their cookie business—whether they’re baking as a hobby, running from home, or managing a storefront. Through real-world examples, Cathy will break down essential pricing strategies, helping decorators confidently calculate expenses, standardize recipes, and optimize pricing for stronger profit potential.
