Can I cancel my ticket?
Tickets can be cancelled up until September 4, 2025. Please note that all cancellations are subject to the payment processing fee applied at the time of your purchase. This is not refunded to CookieFest when we issue cancellations. Contact us right away if you have to cancel your ticket.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, we can accept ticket transfers up until September 29th, 2025. Please notify us right away if you are putting your ticket in someone else's name so we can make the necessary changes on our end.
Is there a group rate to book at the Hard Rock Hotel?
Yes, there is a group rate for this event, please email us so we can send you the link to get our group discount!
Can I change the classes I signed up for?
If you changed your mind, we may be able to switch your seat, if there is availability still at those classes. Contact us right away!
Can I bring my child/children to this event?
While the Factory is a family friendly venue, we are not able to accommodate young ones at this convention as they will not be able to participate in the activities and classes. Our recommended age group is 14+ and up for most of these classes. If your child is able to sit through 2 hour class sessions, they can join us!
Who are the vendors going to be?
As we are still in the process of finalizing our list of vendors, the complete vendor list will be announced soon!
Can we buy a ticket to a Master Class only?
Yes, Master Class single tickets open to the general public will be available beginning August 15th. This is a great way to partake in some of CookieFest and take in a wonderful class for those unable to make it for the full weekend!
Can we buy a day pass/shoppers pass?
Yes, a shopper's pass will be available beginning on September 12th! More details to follow.
