Stephanie Pacheco (née Urlando) is the founder and creative heart behind Little Rose Cookie Co., a bakery and cookie shop nestled in the village of Streetsville in Mississauga, Ontario, opened in March 2020. What began as a humble passion project in her home kitchen has blossomed into one of the GTA’s most beloved cookie destinations—known for its hand-decorated sugar cookies, decadent stuffed drop cookies, and a warm, heartfelt approach to baking and cookie decorating.

Stephanie launched Little Rose in 2017 from home as a single mom, inspired by her deep love of family, special milestones and celebrations, traditional recipes, and artistic creativity. Every cookie tells a story—whether it’s a custom cookie set for a special occasion or a seasonal favourite from the bakery’s ever-changing menu. Her work has earned national attention, including a Halloween Haunted House Cookie Decorating win on the Marilyn Denis Show in 2022, and more notably, a win on Food Network Canada’s Christmas Cookie Challenge (Season 7, Episode 4)! A self-taught baker, decorator and entrepreneur, Stephanie is deeply committed to both artistry and her community. Whether she’s designing an intricate cookie set, managing and connecting with her bakery team (who are more like family than employees), planning a pop-up or sponsored event, or collaborating with local brands, she brings care, play and joy to everything she does.

When she’s not in the bakery, Stephanie is a proud wife and mom of three, balancing entrepreneurial life with family life; her most cherished devotions. She hopes to create touching and sweet memories for her family and community alike for years to come!
