Cancellation Policy & Ticket Transfer Terms
We're excited to have you at CookieFest!
We apologize in advance, but we cannot make any exceptions to this policy for any reason, in the interest of keeping things fair to all attendees.
If you need to cancel your ticket, please notify us by August 16, 2026. All cancellations are subject to the payment processing fees we are charged at checkout, as these do not get refunded back to CookieFest when we process cancellations.
If you need to transfer your ticket to a different attendee, please notify us by September 12, 2026
