Join us for a hands-on Royal Icing decorating class where we focus exclusively on the art of writing on cookies! Whether you're looking to elevate your cookie business or just add a personal touch to your bakes, this class is designed to help decorators of all skill levels gain confidence and control with royal icing lettering.

In this workshop, you'll learn a variety of writing techniques including pressure piping, outlining and filling in letters and several creative methods to transfer beautiful, clean lettering onto your cookies with no projector required! We'll explore different consistencies, hand positioning, and lettering styles, giving you the tools and techniques to create custom messages, names, and script with precision and personality.

By the end of the class, you'll walk away with a set of beautifully decorated cookies, reusable font practice sheet and other tools to help achieve the same techniques at home. All materials are provided-just bring your creativity!
