Join Stephanie Pacheco of Little Rose Cookie Co. and lead decorator Emmalyn Kerr for a hands-on sugar cookie decorating experience that’s all about adding shine, texture, and depth to your designs. 

In this winter wonderland–themed class, you’ll explore a variety of metallic finishes and tactile decorating techniques designed to elevate your cookies with visual contrast and dimension. We’ll dive into both edible and non-toxic metallic powders, experimenting with alcohol-based and non-alcoholic mixing solutions, and demonstrate several stunning metallic effects—including lustre dust applications.

You’ll also learn how to incorporate eye-catching textures, including:

– Sugar-dipped details for a snow-like effect

– Puffy and tidy lettering

– A hammered metal look

– A fluffy teddy bear fur texture

By the end of class, you’ll walk away with a polished understanding of metallic applications and a new set of go-to techniques to add visual interest, shine, and texture to your cookie designs! All students will leave with a complimentary sugar cookie and artist brushes for cookie decorating.
