Mastering Character Cookies with Cass

In this class, you’ll decorate two cookies. The first will focus on using hybrid icing to build a 3D character with depth and texture. The second will teach you how to add fine black details using edible gel color and a fine tip brush — perfect for facial features, outlines, and expressive elements. You’ll leave with two completed cookies, a new set of techniques, and your own fine tip brush to continue creating at home.

Whether you’re a seasoned decorator or looking to expand your character cookie skills, this class will equip you with the tools and confidence to add depth, precision, and personality to your designs.
