In this 3-hour, hands-on workshop, you’ll decorate a layered fall greenhouse cookie filled with warm tones, delicate details, and beautiful depth.  Perfect for decorators with some royal icing experience, this class focuses on building depth and dimension within a single composition using cookie layering, icing techniques, and custom royal icing transfers.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Plan and execute a multi-layered cookie design from background to foreground

  • Use varying icing consistencies to create depth and structure

  • Layer cookies to enhance a 3D effect

  • Create and apply your own royal icing transfers

  • Bring all the elements together into a cohesive, polished design

We’ll work step-by-step to construct your greenhouse scene, breaking down each layer so it feels approachable, creative, and fun. This class is designed to help you think differently about composition and dimension while giving you practical techniques you can apply to your own designs right away.
